Special Events Jackson Hole is owned and directed by Kathi Michel, a seasoned event planning professional who has been in the Special Events Industry for 20 years with 4 and 5 diamond resorts in Las Vegas, Palm Springs and Jackson Hole.

 

I LOVE  weddings and I love my brides! It is such a very special time and the most special beautiful day for a couple. I am so happy and excited to be a part of it all! I have a passion and exuberant energy to make it all happen for you!  From the initial call and meeting until the last dance, I am dedicated and here for you! We’ll have so much fun along the way!

 

» I started in the industry by opening the Mirage as a Casino Host and Special Events Director and also at The Hilton, Flamingo Hilton, The Golden Nugget and The Grove Wedding and Event Center.

» Four years with Club Corp of America at Indian Wells Country Club in Palm Springs, California orchestrating Weddings and Special Events and Fundraisers allowed me to be the leading Award Winning Director in the country.

» After arriving in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2001, I  worked her expertise at Snake River Lodge and Spa by designing Special Events for the Hotel at off-site locations to create "Magic Moments" at private ranches, mountain locations and private homes for a true Wyoming "wow!"

» I have designed the in-house Destination Management Company to assist my guests with activities, transportation and the best that Jackson Hole has to offer.

» Coordinated over 800 weddings, orchestrated major events and conventions for 1000 guests, and designed special off-site events and theme parties for  my clients.

» I  bring your vision to life with enthusiasm and great energy, and a sincere wish to "make it happen" for you!

» A sincere joy of making her clients happy, coupled with years of experience, makes me a true Ambassador for the Hospitality Industry!
